The three-level house covers an area of 289m² and can accommodate up to twelve guests. The One Mansion comes with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere of four bedrooms in different still tones: one master double bedroom of 38m² and four double bedrooms, all en suite.

The second four-level Mansion covers an area of 355m² and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. The Second Mansion comes with a warm and relaxing atmosphere of five bedrooms in different still tones: one master double bedroom of 38m² and four twin bedrooms, all en suite.

Eptalofos, Agoriani of Parnassos

If you've never seen Agoriani in the snow, you haven't seen anything!

Eptalofos or Agoriani is built on seven hills on the northwestern slopes of Parnassos and is characterized by many – and not justifiably – as one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Greece.

Snowfalls in Agoriani are very common in the winter and combined with the fir forest they create a unique fairytale landscape. Agoriani has rightly gained the reputation of the snow queen of Parnassus.

Skiing & snowboarding at Parnassos Ski Center

Eight and a half kilometers from VolHon Mansions is the largest ski center in Greece.

With state-of-the-art lifts in Kelaria and Fterolaka, Parnassos Ski Center belongs to the list of the top ski centers in the Balkans. The Center operates from December to the beginning of May and has 23 tracks, 7 ski runs, 7 trails and 4 mini tracks for beginners, with a total length of approximately 34 km.

Delphi

Delphi, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, gathers a large number of Greek and foreign visitors throughout the year.

In the Navel of the Earth, as Delphi was called, was the most important oracle of the ancient Greek world. The ancient Greeks believed that the center of the world was at Delphi, marked by the stone monument also known as the Omphalos.

The most important attractions of Delphi are the Temple of Apollo, the Archaeological Museum of Delphi, the Ancient Theater of Delphi, the Athenian Treasury, the Sacred Way, the Castalian Spring and the Temple of Athena Pronaia.

Delphi is also a popular destination for hikers, as it is known for the ancient pilgrims’ path from Kirra to Delphi.

  • Temple of Apollo

    The temple of Apollo dates from the fourth century BC. and is one of the most important monuments of Delphi. Rituals related to the worship of God Apollo were performed in the temple, the most important of which was the divination process.

    Restoration work has been carried out in the temple and fragments of the pediments from both building phases are exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Delphi.

  • Archaeological Museum of Delphi

    The Archaeological Museum of Delphi is one of the most important museums in Greece and hosts collections and ancient objects discovered in the archaeological site of the oracle of Delphi and mainly votive offerings dedicated to the sanctuary.

    Collections include the Athenian Treasury, the Siphnian Treasury, Hellenistic and Roman Art and the Pediments of the Temple of Apollo. The most important exhibits are the Charioteer of Delphi, also known as Heniokhos, the Omphalos of Delphi, the Silver Bull of Delphi and Naxian Sphinx.

  • Ancient Theater of Delphi

    The ancient theater of Delphi is located inside the sanctuary of Pythian Apollo and is the largest building of the Apollonian Sanctuary and an integral part of it, directly connected to the myths and worship of the God.

    In ancient times, the theater’s fame was comparable to that of the ancient stadium of Olympia, as it hosted vocal and instrumental music competitions, that were held as part of the Pythian Games and other religious festivals and rituals.

  • Athenian Treasury

    The Athenian Treasury is a small building in the form of a temple which belongs to the temple of Apollo. It served as the treasury of Athens and it housed trophies from the city’s important military victories and other items dedicated to the sanctuary.

    The building was restored at the expense of the Municipality of Athens in 1906 by French architects. Some parts of it have been preserved and are exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Delphi.

Hiking on Mt. Parnassos

Walk the mountain of Parnassos following hiking trails and pathways through wildflowers, green valleys and ancient sites.

Using the small nearby villages as starting points, follow nature trails that lead to mountain peaks and breathtaking landscapes!

Corycian Cave

The Corycian Cave or Pan’s Cave dates back to the Pleistocene Epoch and is located one and a half kilometers from Volhon Mansions (about 11 km. from Delphi). It is located at an altitude of 1,360 meters and is surrounded by a fir forest.

The cave got its name in ancient times from its stalactites, which looked like “Corykes”, meaning bags made of animal skins. Its local name is “Sarantauli” because of the amazing acoustics of its first main chamber.

It has two main rooms and a narrow tunnel which continues to great depth. The first chamber is 50 meters high and full of stalactites. Traces of habitation and worship dating back to the Neolithic period have been found in the cave and in ancient times it was dedicated to the God Pan and the Corycian Nymphs.

Eptastomo

The impressive chasm “Eptastomos” can be found on western Parnassos near Kalania, at an altitude of 1300 meters. The cave chasm with its seven “mouths” is the southernmost glacier in Europe and its temperature does not exceed 0°C.

Descent into the cave is only done by well-trained people or speleologists. Those who do manage to descend, will admire amazing waterfalls, stalactites and stalagmites made of ice, as well as a pond with crystal clear water.

Byzantine Monastery of Hosios Loukas

Hosios Loukas is a historical, walled monastery of the 11th century which is located near the town of Distomo. It is one of the most important monuments of Byzantine architecture and art. It has been listed as one of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Mountain bike on Mt. Parnassos

Parnassos National Park covers an area of ​​36,000 decares and consists a wide network of rural roads and trails of 200 km. ideal for mountain bike enthusiasts!

Inside the Park you’ll see impressive ravines, caves and rocky peaks with rich vegetation, firs, cedars, black pines, prickly pears, as well as rare endemic plants such as Parnassian peony and Parnassus tea.

Galaxidi

The picturesque Galaxidi is a seaside town in the SE part of the prefecture of Fokida and is located west of the Crisaean Gulf. It is built on the site of the ancient city of Oianthia or Chalaion and has about 1,400 inhabitants.

Galaxidi has been characterized as a traditional preserved settlement since it’s distinguished by the rare architecture of the “captain’s houses”. It combines a long and rich history of 4,000 years, with natural beauty, the picturesque alleys, the remarkable monuments and the beautiful mansions with the tiled roofs.
